// Personal & Business Finance

Apply in your name. Or in your company’s.

We assist both private individuals and businesses — whether you’re financing a daily commute or a fleet vehicle through a company, trust, or close corporation.

Personal finance

For private buyers. Salaried, self-employed, or commission-based. Single applicant or joint application with a spouse.

  • • Single coordinated submission to multiple banks
  • • Personal credit assessment
  • • Approvals often within 10 minutes on the same day

Documents you’ll need:

  • • Valid South African ID or passport
  • • Proof of income (latest 3 months’ payslips, or 3 months’ bank statements if self-employed)
  • • Proof of residence, not older than 3 months

Business (juristic) finance

For companies (Pty), close corporations, trusts and partnerships. Suitable for fleet, sole trader and director-purchase scenarios.

  • • Submitted in the entity’s name with director sureties as required
  • • Tailored structures for fleet or single vehicle
  • • Document checklist supplied on enquiry

To get started, we’ll typically ask for:

  • • Entity registration documents (CIPC/CK documents or trust deed)
  • • Director/member/trustee ID documents
  • • Latest company financials or bank statements

Exact requirements vary by entity type and bank — Kay-Lee will confirm the full checklist for your specific application.

// How It Works

Three steps to your keys.

1 · Apply

Submit your application via our secure link or contact our finance team directly to begin the application process. Personal or business, we will guide you.

2 · Compare

We approach multiple banks in parallel and compare rates, terms and total cost of credit. Approvals can come back in as little as 10 minutes.

3 · Drive

Sign documentation and take delivery — in some cases, on the very same day the application is submitted and approved.

// Finance FAQ

Finance, plainly explained.

Not always. While a deposit usually means a stronger offer and a lower instalment, many of our buyers are approved with no deposit at all. We’ll submit your profile to multiple banks and present every option that comes back.
Yes. We handle juristic (business entity) finance for companies (Pty), close corporations, trusts and partnerships. The application goes in under the entity’s name, with director sureties where required by the bank. Speak to Kay-Lee for a tailored checklist.
In many cases, within 10 minutes of submission during business hours. Some applications take longer depending on the bank’s workload or if additional documents are needed. Kay-Lee will keep you updated throughout.
Typically: valid ID, proof of income (3 months’ payslips or bank statements for self-employed), and proof of residence (not older than 3 months). Business applicants will need entity registration documents in addition. Kay-Lee will confirm exactly what’s required based on your profile.
No. There is no fee to apply for finance through Bloomsbury. The only costs involved are those charged directly by the bank (initiation fee, monthly service fee), which will be fully disclosed in your offer letter before you sign anything.
